Mindfulness Training

June 10, June 24 and July 1 at 12 noon (no class June 17)

$35 per session 

Learning and practicing mindfulness can be useful for reducing anxiety. Beginning June 10, 2011 at noon I will be offering 3 classes in mindfulness meditation.  The 75 minute classes will be held in my office.

If you have an interest in mindfulness and would like to learn more in the supportive setting of a small group, I encourage you to attend.  There will be ample opportunity for questions and discussion.

I have practiced mindfulness for over 30 years and am happy to show others how it can help change your life.
